Eintracht Frankfurt Women have confirmed their second summer departure, announcing that Camilla Küver will join Sjoeke Nüsken in leaving the club on 30 June. The 19-year-old will move to VfL Wolfsburg, who are currently second in the FLYERALARM Women’s Bundesliga table, following the expiry of her contract.
Küver made her Bundesliga debut for Eintracht against SV Meppen in October 2020, when she was just 17 years old. After being sidelined by a cruciate knee ligament injury between November 2021 and August 2022, she suffered a meniscus tear in mid-April of this year which ruled her out of the rest of the 2022/23 campaign. Overall, the defender made 43 competitive appearances for Eintracht Women’s first team.
