Eintracht Frankfurt Women striker Laura Freigang has committed her long-term future to the club after extending her current deal, which still had two years to run, until 30 June 2025.
The Kiel native, who has scored 54 times in 80 games for FFC and Eintracht Frankfurt to date, finished second top scorer in the FLYERALARM Women’s Bundesliga last term with 17 goals.
Freigang has also won seven caps for the German senior national team, scoring seven goals.
“A signal of intent”
“I think it’s fantastic that by extending her contract early through to the 2024/25 season, Laura Freigang has delivered a signal of intent – for herself and for Eintracht Frankfurt – to pave a joint path into the future with our Bundesliga women’s team,” said sporting director Siegfried Dietrich. “We’re proud that we can continue to rely on her for the long term.”
The fact that I’m staying for two more years shows how much I live and breathe the club.

“I’m pleased it worked out,” added Freigang. “I had no intention of leaving Frankfurt and would have stayed a little while longer anyway. The fact that I’m staying for two more years shows how much I live and breathe the club, and how much I enjoy being here in order to continue my journey with Eintracht.”
