Just over a month after the merger of Eintracht Frankfurt with 1. FFC Frankfurt, the Bundesliga team will be debuting its new home kit in the friendly against SG Rosenhöhe men’s U16s in the first friendly ahead of what will be an historic season.
The home jersey is primarily in black with two gold stars above the black-and-white Eintracht emblem, representing the seven German league championships won by the club’s predecessors 1. FFC Frankfurt, who were given a star for every three titles won. The bottom right-hand part of the upper half of the shirt also features a silhouette of the former FFC logo.
The away jersey, primarily in white, is of a similar design. In terms of colours, LOTTO Hessen is printed in orange/red lettering on this version of the shirt with the Nike ‘swoosh’ in black. The back of both of the shirts is based on the design of the men’s jerseys.
