Eintracht Frankfurt’s women’s team have a new training ground: instead of the Rebstock sports complex in the city, Niko Arnautis’ side will now have all their training sessions on the training pitches at Deutsche Bank Park.
This is a further big step in terms of professionalisation, as Arnautis said: “For us it’s very significant that we now get to train at Deutsche Bank Park. The way that everyone responsible supported it to make it work is great. The team and we as coaching staff are very grateful, the training facilities are just brilliant and it’s a very different feeling walking out here. You notice that in the atmosphere but also the quality. We’ll enjoy every training session here and be able to prepare ideally for our matches.”
