Laura Freigang and Niko Arnautis on…
… the expected crowd at Deutsche Bank Park:
Freigang: “The match against Bayern is the perfect opportunity to return to Deutsche Bank Park. We’ve already sold more tickets than ever before [over 25,000], which is something special. We hope we can produce a performance to fit the occasion.”
Arnautis: “We’re really looking forward to it. As Laura said, it’s something very special for us that so many tickets have already been sold. The team deserves to play on a stage like this. We want to play our part in making it a spectacle, as we have in the past. We know what we have to do, which is to play to our limit. We’ll need to lift the crowd so that their support carries us.”
We’ll have to be fully focused for the full 90 minutes if we want to take something from the game.

… the league standings:
Arnautis: “Everyone can work out that a win would keep us in second place and move us to within three points of Bayern. But that’s not our primary focus. We’re determined to qualify for Europe next season, that’s our main objective. We’re in a great position to do so at the moment. Now we need to pick up as many points as we can. We can look at the table after our final game of the season in Leipzig.”
Freigang: “Given that we were top at the halfway stage of the season, we know what we’re capable of. We’re all focusing on implementing our game out on the pitch again, as that’s how we’ll be successful. We’re determined to play well against Bayern. We’ll have to be fully focused for the full 90 minutes if we want to take something from the game. You can’t beat Bayern any other way. We know that better than anyone.”
